The information on this website is general and does not constitute product, legal, financial or technical advice for a specific situation. You may view and share links to public pages for lawful business purposes. You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it unreasonably or misrepresent our content as your own.

Proposals and engagements

Website descriptions and prices are indicative, not binding offers. A service begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or agreement covering scope, fees, timing, dependencies and deliverables. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement governs that engagement.

Clients must provide timely access to agreed people, tools and sufficiently lawful, accurate data. Clients remain responsible for their app, implementation decisions and compliance obligations. We will use reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee a particular commercial, conversion or retention outcome.

Data and confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information received for an engagement and use it only for the agreed purpose. Clients must not supply personal or sensitive data beyond what has been expressly agreed. Data-handling and security requirements may be detailed in the engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

Appvectorbase retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates and know-how. Once undisputed fees are paid, the client may use final deliverables for its internal business purposes, subject to the applicable agreement. Website text, visual design and brand assets may not be reproduced without permission.

Fees, changes and liability

Invoices, taxes, payment dates and approved expenses are stated in the proposal. Scope changes require written agreement and may affect fees or timing. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any further limitation of liability will be set out in the engagement agreement and will not exclude liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

Third-party services

Links and public images may be provided by third parties. Their availability and practices are outside our control. Mention of an analytics platform does not imply endorsement or partnership unless clearly stated.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through discussion; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.
